Due to the long queues, commission is now closed as I will now focus to deliver artworks to clients who have reserved their slot prior.However, future clients are allowed to reserve their slot for early May. Please note that your schedule may shift further the sooner you reserve your slot due to higher amount of earlier reservations.Commission for commercial projects are still available. Please refer to work samples and gallery to see the general artworks that I accept.

1. General

1.1 - Artworks will be done in 7-30 days after draft approval. Please refer to this when there are no available ETA.
1.2 - I may decline any request that are considered impossible.

2. Payment

2.1 - A minimum of 50% payment of initial price is made after requests have been confirmed.
2.2 - Payments must be made within 2 days (2x24 hours) after invoice is sent. If clients fail to do so, their requests can not be processed.
2.2.1 - In case of inconvenience, clients can decide their preferred date to make payments.
2.3 - Cancellation and refund are not possible after the payment.
2.4 - Payment method is available through PayPal (International), and BCA (Indonesia).
2.5 - Any additional payments (revisions, background fee, etc.) and the remaining 50% will be made after final artwork is done.

3. Revision

3.1 - Major revision is possible at a maximum of 3 times per artwork (Refer to 3.1.1). However, simple and subtle revisions do not count (Refer to 3.1.2).
3.1.1 - Anything that will change the entirety of the artwork or requires a redrawing e.g. overall artwork composition, poses (hand pose, body pose, etc.), overall color palette.
3.1.2 - Proportional/scaling changes e.g. size, length, width of an object. Subtle color changes e.g. highlight color, shadow color of an object, etc. Subtle finishing effects e.g. particle effect, light ray effect, blur effect, etc.
3.2 - Over-limit revisions will be charged 10% of total price.

4. Rights

4.1 - I retain the rights for all commissioned artworks to use them as my portfolio.
4.2 - Clients are able to ask for the artwork to be kept private and not be published on social accounts.
4.3 - Do not use any artworks for NFT, and AI training purposes.

-File specifications (e.g canvas size, color profile, etc.)*

-Other references or materials that may be required for requested artworks

If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to include them in the email.Terms written in personal commission do not apply. All rights and settlement terms are applied upon agreement of both parties. Though not always a mandatory, it is advised for clients to give NDA for commercial projects to protect any confidential information.
